Dakar, December 5th, 2025. SMH took part in MSGBC Oil, Gas & Power 2025, a conference and exhibition focused on oil, gas and energy in West Africa, held in Dakar, Senegal from 8 to 10 December 2025 at CICAD (Diamniadio).
The delegation was led by Mr. Mohamed Lemine Raghani, Director General of SMH, alongside a group of SMH managers and engineers. Throughout the sessions and meetings, SMH engaged with institutional and industry stakeholders to strengthen partnerships, share expertise, and explore new avenues for collaboration in support of the sector’s development.
