Cette fonction exige un fort leadership diplomatique, une capacit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation multilat\u00e9rale et une repr\u00e9sentation institutionnelle de haut niveau. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il a dirig\u00e9, au sein de la Banque Centrale de Mauritanie, plusieurs services cl\u00e9s, dont la Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des \u00c9tudes, la Direction du Cr\u00e9dit et a \u00e9t\u00e9 Conseiller du Gouverneur. \u00c0 ce titre, il a pilot\u00e9 des r\u00e9formes structurelles, coordonn\u00e9 des \u00e9quipes de haut niveau et supervis\u00e9 des programmes strat\u00e9giques d\u2019envergure nationale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son action gouvernementale s\u2019est \u00e9galement illustr\u00e9e lorsqu\u2019il a \u00e9t\u00e9 Ministre de la Sant\u00e9, o\u00f9 il a exerc\u00e9 une responsabilit\u00e9 manag\u00e9riale directe sur un secteur complexe, mobilisant des financements internationaux et coordonnant des politiques publiques sensibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Raghani a pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 de nombreux comit\u00e9s de pilotage nationaux :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conseil d\u2019analyse strat\u00e9gique du Premier minist\u00e8re ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comit\u00e9 technique pour l\u2019investissement et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du climat des affaires ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comit\u00e9 de suivi du programme \u00e9conomique et financier ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comit\u00e9 de pilotage de la strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9veloppement du secteur financier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces mandats d\u00e9montrent sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 concevoir, coordonner et mettre en \u0153uvre des politiques publiques transversales, associant plusieurs minist\u00e8res, institutions et bailleurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il a \u00e9galement exerc\u00e9 des responsabilit\u00e9s de gouvernance d\u2019entreprise, notamment au sein des conseils d\u2019administration du Fonds mon\u00e9taire arabe, de Mauritanie Airlines, du Programme arabe de financement du commerce ou de la Caisse de D\u00e9p\u00f4t et de D\u00e9veloppement.
