Ismail Abdel Vetah, a sign\u00e9 les Termes de R\u00e9f\u00e9rence (HoT) de l&rsquo;Accord de Vente de Gaz (GSA) avec Go Gas et Somelec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de signature s&rsquo;est tenue dans les locaux du Minist\u00e8re de l&rsquo;\u00c9nergie et du P\u00e9trole, sous la pr\u00e9sidence de Son Excellence Mohamed Ould Khaled, Ministre de l&rsquo;\u00c9nergie et du P\u00e9trole. Cette signature marque la conclusion de plusieurs mois de n\u00e9gociations entre les partenaires upstream, SMH et Go Gas, et la partie acheteuse, Somelec, pour parvenir \u00e0 un accord \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 r\u00e9pondant aux besoins \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques du pays tout en soutenant le d\u00e9veloppement du projet Banda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La signature des Termes de R\u00e9f\u00e9rence (HoT) de l&rsquo;accord de vente de gaz (GSA) repr\u00e9sente une \u00e9tape cl\u00e9 pour le projet du champ gazier de Banda. Ce projet vise \u00e0 fournir du gaz naturel au secteur de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 en Mauritanie, un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique croissante et r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie dans le pays. Il s&rsquo;inscrit dans une vision strat\u00e9gique visant \u00e0 garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique tout en soutenant la croissance \u00e9conomique de la Mauritanie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet Banda dispose de r\u00e9serves r\u00e9cup\u00e9rables prouv\u00e9es estim\u00e9es \u00e0 environ 1 Tcf (trillion de pieds cubes), avec un taux de production pr\u00e9vu entre 80 et 100 millions de pieds cubes par jour (mmcfd) sur une p\u00e9riode de 20 ans.
