Les signataires sont Mr Turker Sengonil, directeur pays de Shell, Mr Ali Almana, Directeur Exploration et Production de Qatar Energy et Mr Tourad Abdel Baghi, Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la SMH.
